Gipps Street is an east-west street in Collingwood and Abbotsford, joining the protected bike lanes on Wellington Street with the Main Yarra Trail, and near to both the Collingwood Town Hall and Collingwood Station.

Gipps Street steps

The notorious Gipps Street Steps, on the Main Yarra Trail, are being replaced with a ramp. Construction should be completed by mid 2024.
