Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) reduces traffic

Hackney Council in the UK reports that the Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) in Homerton reduces traffic, both in the neighbourhood itself and on boundary main roads. This is an important result, rebutting claims that LTNs just push traffic elsewhere.
