Lambert Street is a narrow north-south street in Richmond, just south of Victoria Street:

Now, Lambert Street hosts a counter-flow bike lane:

With the addition of the counter-flow bike lane, people cycling along Victoria Street, heading west into the city, can go south down Lambert Street, then west along Baker Street to reach the protected bike lanes on Elizabeth Street.
