Lambert Street is a narrow north-south street in Richmond, just south of Victoria Street:

Counterflow bike lane

Looking south from Victoria Street, it used to look like this:

Now, Lambert Street hosts a counterflow bike lane, so people cycling along Victoria Street, heading west into the city, can go south down Lambert Street, then west along Baker Street to reach the protected bike lanes on Elizabeth Street.
