Traffic calming

Traffic has been calmed on Kent Street, with six slow points installed along its length. The slow points are visible in the earliest available images from Google Street view in 2007.

Kent Street is open to people walking and cycling at the intersection with Burnley Street, further helping to calm motor vehicle through traffic:

Strategic Cycling Corridor
