In Rotterdam, regulators have given permission to business to take over the on-street parking bay in front of their premises. As Chris Bruntlett reports:
The great reclaimation of Rotterdam has begun. Given the green light from the municipality, businesses are converting thousands of parking spaces into people spaces, using whatever light/quick/cheap materials they can get their hands on. This city will never be the same again.
