Madden Grove is an east-west access street in Burnley. It’s used by parents and children walking from Burnley to Richmond Primary School.
Footpath improvements
In 2022, council improved the safety for people crossing under the Burnley Street overpass, by adding a kerb cut and adding paint to guide drivers to the centre of the lane, which has improved sight lines to people walking.
