Solution

One solution is to create more open space at the school entrance. For example, converting several bays into space for standing and greeting.

Removal of crossing guard

In February 2023 council removed a crossing guard, owing to reductions in funding support from the state government. Local resident (and Streets Alive Yarra Vice President) Troy Parsons appeared on ABC Radio Melbourne:
